Whilst the lab will endeavour to meet the customers target pricing, it may not always be possible if the brief scope is outside of the customers target price range.

Following review by our laboratory team, samples that fall outside the scope of standard Tier 1 sampling may incur additional costs. This includes products requiring advanced formulation work, such as complex emulsions, active-ingredient treatments, or multi-phase systems that demand specialised sourcing or techniques. If your sample is assessed as higher-complexity, revised pricing will be provided. Tier 2 sampling, as an example, is priced at $1,190. If this applies to your product, you may choose to proceed at the updated rate, revise your brief to bring it within Tier 1 scope, or request a refund.
