Xanthan Gum (Clear) is a natural polysaccharide and hydrocolloid produced through the fermentation of carbohydrates by Xanthomonas campestris bacteria. It functions as a rheology modifier, thickener and stabiliser, providing excellent viscosity control in both aqueous and emulsion systems.

This clear-grade version is specially processed to deliver improved transparency, making it ideal for clear gels, serums and transparent personal care products. It provides a smooth flow, high stability across pH and temperature ranges and is compatible with electrolytes and surfactant systems.

How To Use

Recommended usage levels: 0.1-2% depending on desired thickness
Formulation Tips: Pre-disperse in glycerin, propanediol, or other humectant before hydrating in water to prevent clumping. Compatible with carbomers, cellulose derivatives, and synthetic polymers for synergistic thickening. Can be added to cold or hot water systems.
