Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of the Solskin Beauty Labs $5,000 Beauty Brand Starter Kit Giveaway (“Promotion”) is Solskin Beauty Labs Pty Ltd (“Solskin Beauty Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our”), Victoria, Australia.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens on 3 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 1 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are legally permitted to enter and receive the prize in their country, state, province or territory of residence.
Entry is open to residents of Australia and eligible international residents, excluding any country, state, province or territory where participation in the Promotion would be prohibited by law or would require the Promoter to obtain a licence, permit, registration or other regulatory approval that the Promoter does not hold.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of employees of Solskin Beauty Labs, and any other persons directly involved in conducting the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that participation in the Promotion is permitted under any laws applicable to them.
Solskin Beauty Labs reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter.
To enter, participants must complete the following during the Promotion Period:
- Follow @solskinbeautylabs on Instagram;
- Like the official giveaway post; and
- Tag a friend in the comments of the official giveaway post.
Each eligible friend tagged will count as one entry.
Entrants may submit multiple entries by tagging additional friends.
For an entry to be valid, both the entrant and the friend tagged in that entry must be following @solskinbeautylabs at the time entries are verified.
Each tagged friend should be a genuine Instagram account belonging to a real individual. Duplicate, fake, automated, fraudulent, spam or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded at the discretion of Solskin Beauty Labs.
5. Prize
There is one prize, with a total value of AUD $5,000, consisting of:
Pink MacBook Neo
Valued at AUD $1,049
Solskin Beauty Labs Logo & Artwork Bundle
Valued at AUD $1,990, including logo and artwork services and 1,000 printed labels.
Solskin Beauty Labs Private Label Credit
Valued at AUD $1,961, to be used towards eligible Private Label products available from Solskin Beauty Labs.
TOTAL PRIZE VALUE: AUD $5,000
All prize values are stated in Australian dollars and are correct at the time the Promotion is published.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. Solskin Beauty Labs Credit & Services
The AUD $1,961 Solskin Beauty Labs credit may be redeemed against eligible Private Label products available directly from Solskin Beauty Labs.
Use of the credit is subject to product availability, applicable minimum order quantities, ordering requirements and any other standard conditions applicable to the selected products.
The credit cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The Logo & Artwork Bundle will be provided in accordance with Solskin Beauty Labs' standard design and artwork processes. The winner will be required to provide any information, content, feedback and approvals reasonably required to complete the work.
Product availability, packaging options, label specifications and other product characteristics may change from time to time.
7. Prize Availability
Images of prizes used in promotional material are for illustrative purposes.
If a specified prize or prize component becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of Solskin Beauty Labs, Solskin Beauty Labs may substitute that component with an alternative of the same or greater value, subject to applicable law and any required winner consent.
8. International Winners
Solskin Beauty Labs will cover reasonable standard delivery costs associated with sending the physical prize to an eligible winner's nominated delivery address.
International winners are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, government charges or other destination-specific charges imposed in connection with receiving the prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
International winners are responsible for ensuring that the prize and any Private Label products selected can lawfully be imported into their country or jurisdiction.
Availability and delivery of products internationally may be subject to applicable customs, shipping, regulatory and import requirements.
If a particular prize component cannot lawfully or reasonably be supplied to the winner's location, Solskin Beauty Labs will work with the winner to determine an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
9. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place at:
12:00pm AEDT on 2 October 2026
Solskin Beauty Labs, Victoria, Australia
Each valid entry will have a random and equal chance of being selected.
Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to win.
10. Winner Notification & Announcement
The selected winner will be contacted in writing through the Instagram account used to enter the Promotion.
The winner will be publicly announced on 6 October 2026 via the official @solskinbeautylabs Instagram account and/or the Solskin Beauty Labs website.
The winner's name will also be published on the Solskin Beauty Labs website and remain available online for at least 28 days.
Solskin Beauty Labs will only contact the winner through its official channels.
Solskin Beauty Labs will never require payment to claim the prize. Entrants should be aware of fake or impersonator accounts.
11. Verification of Winner
Before awarding the prize, Solskin Beauty Labs may request reasonable information or documentation necessary to confirm the selected winner's identity, age, eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
If a selected winner is found to be ineligible, has breached these Terms & Conditions, or their entry cannot be verified, they may be disqualified and another winner may be selected in accordance with applicable law.
12. Unclaimed Prize & Redraw
The selected winner must respond to Solskin Beauty Labs within the timeframe specified in their winner notification.
Solskin Beauty Labs will make reasonable efforts to identify and contact the selected winner.
If the winner cannot be identified or contacted after reasonable efforts, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise cannot accept the prize, Solskin Beauty Labs may conduct a further random draw to select a replacement winner, subject to applicable law.
Any replacement winner will be subject to these same Terms & Conditions.
13. Prize Fulfilment
Solskin Beauty Labs will work directly with the winner to arrange delivery and fulfilment of the prize.
The winner must provide all information reasonably required to arrange fulfilment, including an appropriate delivery address and any information required for the branding, artwork and Private Label components of the prize.
The prize will be transferred or supplied to the winner in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
14. Entry Verification & Disqualification
Solskin Beauty Labs reserves the right to verify entries and entrant eligibility.
Solskin Beauty Labs may disqualify an entrant or entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has:
Provided false or misleading information;
Used fake, duplicate, automated or fraudulent accounts or entries;
Attempted to manipulate or interfere with the Promotion;
Failed to satisfy the entry requirements;
Breached these Terms & Conditions; or
Engaged in conduct that compromises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.
Solskin Beauty Labs' decisions regarding entry verification will be final, subject to applicable law.
15. Changes or Cancellation
If circumstances outside the reasonable control of Solskin Beauty Labs prevent the Promotion from being conducted as intended, Solskin Beauty Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, including verifying entries, contacting and verifying the winner, announcing the winner and fulfilling the prize.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Solskin Beauty Labs Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Entry into this Promotion does not automatically subscribe an entrant to Solskin Beauty Labs marketing communications unless the entrant separately provides consent.
17. Instagram & Meta Disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion or fulfilment of the prize.
Entrants release Instagram and Meta from responsibility in connection with the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
